💡 Strategy: Paper I only gets you to Paper II — it's qualifying. Your Paper II score drives your final ranking. Focus 70% prep time on translation accuracy, administrative Hindi/English, and essay writing.

🎯 Selection Process

1. Paper I — CBT Qualifying + 50% weightage

   200 MCQs online (100 Hindi + 100 English). Must clear minimum qualifying marks (UR: 30%). Sectional timing applies — cannot skip sections.

2. Paper II — Descriptive Full marks count in merit

   Offline translation test. Hindi↔English passages from administrative/legal/technical domains. Précis writing and essay. No negative marking. Paper II + Paper I combined = final merit list.

3. Document Verification Qualifying

   Original degree, diploma/experience certificate, category proof verified. Final appointment after DV clearance.
