🏆 Is It Worth It? — Final Verdict
✅ Apply Karo If...
• You want to teach in UP Govt schools — UPTET is mandatory • B.Ed/D.El.Ed complete or in final year — this is your entry pass • Certificate lasts lifetime — one-time effort, permanent benefit • 4-year gap since last UPTET — huge backlog of aspirants, apply now • No negative marking — attempt all 150 questions
❌ Skip/Wait If...
• B.Ed/D.El.Ed not started yet — apply after completing the course • Targeting private schools only — UPTET not required everywhere • Targeting central schools (KVS, NVS) — CTET is needed, not UPTET
Bottom Line
UPTET certificate ek lifelong asset hai. UP mein sarkari school teacher banna hai toh yeh compulsory hai — aur yeh certificate ek baar qualify karo toh lifetime kaam aata hai. 4 saal baad aa raha hai — mat chuko. Apply immediately at upessc.up.gov.in.
