1. Application Screening

   Eligibility verified against uploaded documents. Education, NET/PhD, age, and category checked. Incomplete or ineligible applications rejected at this stage.
   

2. Written Examination (OMR) ⭐ Most Critical

   100 MCQs · 200 marks · Offline (OMR sheet) · Prayagraj centre only. GK (30 Qs) + Subject Knowledge (70 Qs). Negative marking applies. Exam date announced separately for new batch applicants.
   

3. Interview / Viva-Voce 30 Marks

   Only written exam qualifiers called. Subject expertise, teaching methodology, and research awareness evaluated. Final merit = written marks + interview marks (230 total).
