Read the official notification thoroughly. Confirm your eligibility for the specific post before proceeding.
Keep scanned copies of your Photograph, Signature, and supporting documents ready in the specified format and size.
Complete New Registration or log in with existing credentials. Fill the application form carefully — all fields are mandatory.
Pay the application fee via E-Challan, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. An incomplete payment means an incomplete application.
Preview every detail before final submission. Errors after submission cannot be corrected outside the official correction window.
Take a printout of the final submitted form and keep it for future reference.
Important Instructions
The application window is now closed (30 January 2026). No new applications are accepted.
The form correction window (31 Jan – 03 Feb 2026) is also closed. No further corrections are possible.
Check your Exam City now and plan travel and accommodation in advance.
Admit Card will be released before the exam — monitor uppbpb.gov.in regularly.
Carry your Admit Card and a valid Photo ID to the exam hall — entry is not permitted without both.
Negative marking applies — 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer. Avoid guessing.
Physical standards (height, chest, running) must be met exactly — no relaxation beyond official norms.

When is the UP Police Constable 2025 exam?
The written exam is scheduled for 08, 09, and 10 June 2026. The Exam City Notice has been released — check your exam centre now.
How many total posts are available?
A total of 32,679 posts are notified under Advt No. 07/2025 — including Constable Civil Police, PAC, Special Force Battalion, Female Battalion, Horseman, and Jail Warden (Male & Female).
When will the admit card be released?
UPPRPB will release the admit card a few days before the exam on uppbpb.gov.in. An exact date has not been announced — monitor the official website regularly.
Is there negative marking in the exam?
Yes. 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. Avoid guessing — attempt only questions you are confident about.
What is the age limit for female candidates?
The maximum age for female candidates is 28 years as on 01 July 2025. Reserved category females are eligible for additional relaxation as per UPPRPB rules.
What is the PET running standard?
Male candidates must complete 4.8 km in 25 minutes. Female candidates must complete 2.4 km in 14 minutes. PET is conducted after the written exam and DV.
Are Jail Warden posts part of the same exam?
Yes. Jail Warden posts (3,279 Male + 106 Female) are included in the same Advt No. 07/2025. The same written exam, dates, and selection process apply.
Is form correction still possible?
No. The correction window closed on 03 February 2026 at 06:00 AM. No further corrections are possible at this stage.
