🎯 Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) Merit Based ⭐ Focus Here

   200 questions · 200 marks · 2 hours · Online. Sections: General Intelligence & Reasoning (50) + General Awareness (50) + English Language & Comprehension (100). Sectional timing introduced in 2026 — you cannot transfer unused time between sections. Negative marking: −0.25 per wrong answer.

2. Skill Test — Shorthand Qualifying Only

   10-minute dictation in Hindi or English shorthand. Grade C: 100 wpm (50 min transcription). Grade D: 80 wpm (65 min transcription). Qualifying only — no merit marks. But failure = no job. Practice daily, not just before exam.

3. Document Verification Qualifying

   Original 12th marksheet, category certificate, Aadhaar, photo ID. Absence = candidature cancelled.

💡 Most important: CBT score decides your rank. Skill test is qualifying but has zero margin for error — if you can't hit the wpm, you don't get selected no matter how high your CBT score is.
