🎯 Selection Process

1. Application Screening

2. Offline OMR-based Written Examination ⭐ Most Critical Stage

Section B — General Aptitude (Reasoning, Quant, English, GK). Top performers in 1:5 ratio per vacancy are shortlisted for interview. 3. Personal Interview 40% Weight

   5 candidates called per vacancy based on OMR exam merit. Interview evaluates subject knowledge, communication, and suitability for NFL's work environment. Final merit = Written exam marks + Interview marks combined.
   

4. Document Verification + Medical Fitness

   Offer issued after DV clearance. Originals of degree, age proof, category certificate verified. Pre-employment medical examination at NFL designated facility.
