National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, has announced 40 vacancies for Field Representative – NDSC Center In-charge (W-2 level, Group C) via Advt. No. 02(NFL)/2026. Salary: ₹21,500 – ₹52,000/month + IDA, HRA, and perquisites. Eligibility: 2-year full-time Diploma in Agriculture (excluding Horticulture) with minimum 50% marks. Age: 18–30 years. Objective type, OMR-based exam. No interview — this is a Group C non-executive post. Final selection is purely on OMR exam marks. NFL may conduct a Skill/Trade Test at its discretion for shortlisting; qualifying in nature only.

NFL reserves the right to conduct a Skill/Trade Test at any Unit/Plant location. It is qualifying in nature only — not counted in merit ranking.
Document Verification + Medical Examination
Original certificates — Diploma marksheet, age proof, category certificate (if applicable), PwBD/ExSM certificate. Medical fitness as per NFL norms.
✅ No Interview
Being a Group C non-executive post, there is no personal interview . Merit list is based purely on OMR exam performance.
