  • Read the subject-specific notification carefully. Confirm you hold a Master's Degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject, plus UGC NET / CSIR NET / SLTE / SET qualification.

  • Keep ready: scanned photo and signature, Master's degree, eligibility test certificate, caste/EWS certificate (if applicable), and MP domicile proof.

  • Fill the application form accurately — name, DOB, subject, qualification, and category. Select the correct Advt No. for your subject.

  • Pay the fee — ₹500 + ₹60 portal charge (General/Other State) or ₹250 + ₹60 (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH) — before 26 June 2026.

  • Review the form preview, submit, and take a printout of the final submitted form for future reference and document verification.

⚠ Important Instructions

  • Last date is 26 June 2026— Admit Card is on 02 Julyand Exam on 12 July. The window is very tight. Apply immediately.

  • Select the correct Advt No. for your subject — each subject has a separate notification (12/2025 through 18/2025).

  • Master's Degree must have minimum 55% marks— 54.9% does not qualify.

  • One of UGC NET / CSIR NET / SLTE / SET is mandatory— candidates without this are not eligible.

  • Portal charge of ₹60 is applicable for all categories and is non-refundable.

  • Correction charge is ₹50 — get the form right the first time to avoid extra charges.

  • Candidates from other states pay the General fee of ₹500 + ₹60
