B.Sc Nursing और GNM दोनों eligible हैं — क्या GNM वालों को experience ज़रूरी है?
हाँ — दोनों routes eligible हैं, लेकिन conditions अलग हैं। B.Sc Nursing (4-year / Post Basic 2-year) holders को कोई experience requirement नहीं है — सिर्फ INC/State Nursing Council registration चाहिए। GNM Diploma holders को mandatory है: GNM + INC registration + minimum 50-bedded hospital में 2 साल की post-diploma experience। यह experience GNM के बाद की होनी चाहिए — training period की नहीं। Experience certificate official notification के format में होना चाहिए।
INC Registration क्या है? क्या State Nursing Council registration चलेगा?
INC = Indian Nursing Council — भारत में nursing education और practice को regulate करने वाली central statutory body। State Nursing Council = state-level equivalent, जैसे UP Nursing Council। Notification में "State/Indian Nursing Council" दोनों mention हैं — यानी UP State Nursing Council registration भी valid है। लेकिन registration active और valid होनी चाहिए। Expired या lapsed registration से application reject हो सकती है। Apply से पहले अपना registration renew करें अगर expired है।
GNM वालों के लिए "50-bed hospital" experience — private hospital चलेगा?
Notification में सिर्फ "minimum 50-bedded hospital" mention है — government या private का specification नहीं है source में। Generally, government/trust/recognized private hospitals की experience valid मानी जाती है। Verify करें official notification at gims.ac.in — कि किस type के hospital की experience accept होगी, और experience certificate किस format में चाहिए। Private clinic या nursing home (under 50 beds) की experience likely valid नहीं होगी।
