Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has released Advt. No. BSNLCO-14/12(11)/1/2026-RECTT-COfor 100 Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) posts. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Telecom/Electronics/IT/Electrical/Computer/Instrumentation or M.Sc. CS/Electronics. Apply online from 04 June to 03 July 2026 at bsnl.co.in. Selection Process

STAGE 01

• Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Online written exam. Technical + General sections. Exam date to be notified soon at bsnl.co.in.

STAGE 02

• Medical Examination

• Medical fitness assessment for shortlisted CBT candidates. As per BSNL medical norms.

STAGE 03

• Document Verification

• Original certificate verification — degree, category, domicile, experience as applicable.

• Scanned signature on white paper

• B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. Degree Certificate + Marksheets(eligible stream)

• 10th + 12th Certificate + Marksheets

• Category Certificate — SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD (if applicable)

• Ex-Serviceman Discharge Certificate (if applicable)

   bsnl.co.in → "Careers" → BSNL JTO 2026 → Apply Online. Link active from 04 June 2026.
   

2. Read Notification First

   Advt. BSNLCO-14/12(11)/1/2026-RECTT-CO poora padhen — age, stream, category eligibility confirm karein pehle.
   

3. Register & Fill Form

   Mobile + email se register. Personal, educational, aur category details accurately enter karein.
   

4. Upload Photo + Signature & Pay Fee

   Photo aur signature upload. Gen/EWS/OBC: ₹2,000 · SC/ST/PH: ₹1,000 pay karein via Debit/Credit/UPI.
   

5. Preview, Submit & Print

   Final preview karein. Submit. Confirmation printout rakhein. Correction window: 04–11 July 2026 (if needed).

Important Instructions

• Apply link opens 04 June 2026: Not yet active — check bsnl.co.in from 04 June. Do not apply on any other website.

• Age cut-off is 03 July 2026: Age calculated as on the last date (03 July 2026) — not earlier. Verify your eligibility accordingly.

• OBC-NCL vs OBC-CL: OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) gets age relaxation up to 33 years. OBC-CL (Creamy Layer) treated as UR — max 30 years.

• Multiple streams eligible: Telecom, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical, IT, Instrumentation (B.E./B.Tech) OR M.Sc. CS/Electronics.

• Fee is non-refundable: ₹2,000 (Gen/EWS/OBC) and ₹1,000 (SC/ST/PH). Pay only after confirming eligibility.

• Correction window: 04–11 July 2026 — for form corrections after submission. Plan accordingly.
