What are the qualifying marks for AIBE XXI?

Why is AIBE mandatory? What happens after passing?
AIBE is a mandatory eligibility test by the Bar Council of India for all enrolled advocates. After passing, BCI issues a Certificate of Practice (CoP) — without which you cannot legally appear in court or practice as an advocate in India.
Who is eligible for AIBE XXI?
Any person with an LLB degree (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university AND enrolled with a State Bar Council. No age limit. Fresh law graduates and experienced advocates can both appear.
Can I re-attempt AIBE if I fail?
Yes — AIBE can be re-attempted any number of times. There is no attempt limit. You can appear in the next AIBE batch if you don't qualify in AIBE XXI.
What documents to carry on AIBE exam day?
Printed Admit Card (original) + Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID — original). Plus bare act copies of key statutes for open-book reference. Mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed.
