India Post GDS 3rd Merit List 2026 (Supplementary List III) has been released on 11 May 2026 at indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. This is the third round of selection for 28,636 GDS, BPM, and ABPM vacancies under Online Engagement Schedule-I, January 2026. Candidates shortlisted in this list are required to appear for Document Verification (DV) — the final step before appointment. The merit list is released circle-wise in PDF format. Search your 7-digit Registration Number in the PDF using Ctrl+F. The 1st list was released on 6 March 2026 and the 2nd list on 10 April 2026. A 4th merit list may follow if vacancies remain unfilled after this round's DV.

Go to indiapostgdsonline.gov.in or indiapost.gov.in/gdsonlineengagement.
Click "GDS Online Engagement" → "Schedule-I January 2026"
Navigate to the current recruitment cycle. Look for Supplementary List – III or 3rd Merit List option on the page.
Select your Postal Circle / State
Choose the state or postal circle you applied under. The list is available separately for each circle — select the correct one.
Download the PDF & open it
Click the PDF link for your circle. Open the downloaded file on your device. It contains names and registration numbers of all shortlisted candidates in your circle.
Press Ctrl+F → Enter your 7-digit Registration Number
Use Ctrl+F (Windows) or ⌘+F (Mac) to search. Type your 7-digit Registration Number or full name. If found — you are shortlisted. If not found — wait for the 4th merit list (if released).

Agar 3rd merit list mein aapka naam nahi hai, to do options hain: (1) India Post 4th Supplementary List jari kar sakta hai agar 3rd list ke DV ke baad vacancies unfilled rehti hain. (2) Regularly indiapostgdsonline.gov.in check karte rahein. Har list ek nayi opportunity hai.
Shortlisted hone ke baad kya process hai?
3rd merit list mein naam aane ke baad: (1) Document Verification (DV) — aapki postal circle DV date aur venue notify karegi. (2) Medical Examination — DV pass karne ke baad medical test hoga. (3) Final Appointment — medical clear karne ke baad appointment letter jari hogi. Saare original documents taiyaar rakhein.
