📝 About Bihar JEEViKA Document Verification 2026

Document Verification (DV) is the final qualifying stage for candidates who have cleared the Bihar BRLPS JEEViKA CBT (Computer Based Test) 2026. This recruitment is for 2747 posts across multiple designations including Block Project Manager, Livelihood Specialist, Area Coordinator, Java IT Executive, Community Coordinator, Office Assistant, and others under the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) — JEEViKA programme.

The purpose of Document Verification is to confirm that candidates who qualified the CBT genuinely meet all the eligibility criteria — educational qualifications, age, category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), experience, and identity. Only candidates whose documents are verified successfully will proceed to final appointment. If any document is found to be forged, incorrect, or missing on DV day, the candidature will be cancelled immediately.

Who is eligible for DV? Only candidates who have been shortlisted based on the CBT merit list (released 6 April 2026) are called for DV. Your DV call letter contains your scheduled date, time, and center address. Candidates must download their DV call letter from the official DV portal or brlps.in → Careers section.

What to prepare: All original educational certificates, identity proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport/Driving License), PAN card, date of birth proof, caste certificate (if applicable), and the printed BRLPS application form. Bring 2 photocopies of every document along with the originals. Currently employed candidates must also bring an NOC from their current employer. Name, DOB, and other details on all documents must match exactly — any mismatch (especially on Aadhaar and PAN) will lead to rejection.

📋 How to Download DV Call Letter — 5 Steps

1. Go to the DV Call Letter portal

   Open the direct link: DV Call Letter Portal OR go to brlps.in → Careers → Download DV Call Letter.

2. Enter Registration Number and Password

   Fill your Registration Number and Password (created during original JEEViKA application). Enter captcha if shown.

3. Download DV Call Letter PDF

   Your DV call letter will appear showing your scheduled DV date, time, center address, and reporting instructions. Download as PDF.

4. Also download the BRLPS Applicant Form

   Download your BRLPS Applicant Details Form from the portal using your Registration No. + Password. Print this form — it is one of the required documents at DV.

5. Print call letter + prepare documents

   Print the call letter on A4 paper. Prepare all required documents (originals + 2 photocopies each) as listed below. Report at DV center on scheduled date and time.

🔧 Problems & Solutions

1. 🌐 Call letter portal not loading / login failing

   Try incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N). Clear browser cache. Use Chrome or Firefox. Try the direct link: DV Call Letter Portal. If password forgotten — reset at brlps.in → Careers using registered mobile/email.

2. 📄 Missing a document on DV day

   Do not attend DV with missing mandatory documents. Contact BRLPS helpdesk at brlps.in to check if a rescheduled date is possible. Missing documents = verification cancelled. Prepare everything at least 2–3 days before your DV date.

3. 🔤 Name mismatch on Aadhaar / PAN / Certificates

   A name mismatch (even minor) between Aadhaar, PAN, and educational certificates can lead to rejection at DV. If there is a mismatch — get it corrected at the respective authority (Aadhaar Center / PAN NSDL) before your DV date. Carry an affidavit if mismatch correction is in process.

4. 🏷️ OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate expired / invalid

   An expired or invalid OBC NCL certificate means you will be treated as General category at DV — which may disqualify you if you were selected under OBC quota. Get a fresh, valid NCL certificate from your Tehsil/SDM office well before DV day.

• Currently employed in any Govt. / PSU organization? You MUST carry a valid NOC from your employeron official letterhead.

• Download your BRLPS Applicant Form from the portal today using Registration No. + Password. It is a mandatory document at DV.

• Carry extra passport photos and photocopies — they are collected at DV venues. Better to have more than needed.
