📋 How to Download — 5 Steps

1. Visit the official admit card portal

   Go to upsconline.nic.in/eadmitcard. If slow, try upsc.gov.in as alternate. Use Chrome or Edge in Incognito mode for best performance on release day.
   
   

2. Click "e-Admit Card: Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2026"

   A page showing exam instructions will appear. Read them carefully and click "Yes" to confirm and proceed to login.
   
   

3. Select login method & enter credentials

   Choose Registration ID or Roll Number. Enter your Date of Birth and complete the Captcha / Security Code. Click Submit.

5. Download PDF & print on A4 paper

   Save the admit card PDF. Print on A4-size paper — colour or B&W both accepted. Keep a soft copy as backup. Carry the printed hard copy to the exam — digital copy not accepted.

1. 🌐 Website not loading on release day

   UPSC portal gets extremely heavy traffic on admit card release day. 3. 📄 Error on admit card (Name / Centre / Photo wrong)
