Application Number is the unique ID from your NEET UG 2026 registration confirmation. Use the exact DOB (DD/MM/YYYY) entered at the time of registration.

📲 How to Download — 5 Steps

1. Go to the official NTA NEET portal

   Open neet.nta.nic.in directly in your browser. If slow, try the backup at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
   

2. Click the NEET UG 2026 Admit Card download link

   Look for the admit card link on the homepage or under the "NEET UG 2026" section.
   

3. Enter your credentials

   Fill in your Application Number, Date of Birth or Password, and the Captcha / Security Pin.
   

4. Submit and verify details

   Your NEET UG 2026 admit card will appear. Check name, photo, exam centre, date, and shift carefully before downloading.
   

5. Download PDF and print

   Save the PDF immediately. Print on A4 paper. Keep a digital copy as backup. Coloured printout preferred — check NTA instructions on admit card.

📋 Exam Day Instructions

• Carry your printed NEET UG 2026 Admit Card— digital / mobile copy is NOT accepted at exam centre.

• Carry 1 passport-size photograph— must be the same photo uploaded in your application form.

• Carry a valid original Photo ID— Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.

• PwD candidates must carry a valid PwD certificate if applicable.

• Arrive early— report as per the time mentioned on your admit card. Late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.

• No electronic devices, calculator, mobile phone, or smartwatch allowed inside the exam hall.

• Exam is offline (pen & paper)— OMR sheet based. Bring your own black/blue ballpoint pen as per NTA guidelines.

• Try the backup portal: exams.nta.ac.in/NEET

• Clear browser cache (Ctrl + Shift + Delete) and retry

• Switch from WiFi to mobile data — works better in high traffic

• Try during off-peak hours (early morning or late night)

• Use only official NTA links — avoid third-party download sites

Problem
Wrong credentials / login failed?

• Application Number is in your NEET 2026 registration confirmation email or SMS

• DOB must match exactly as entered at registration (DD/MM/YYYY format)

• If you set a password, use that instead of DOB
